By accessing or using the Muslimity application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Islamic Principles & Content Moderation

Muslimity is an app built on Islamic values. We expect all users to maintain a respectful, halal environment. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Profanity, vulgarity, or hate speech.
• Promotion of haram activities (e.g., gambling, alcohol, drugs).
• Dating, hooking up, or inappropriate direct messaging.
• Spam, unsolicited links, or unauthorized advertising in personal bios.

We use automated filters and manual moderation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these principles without prior notice.

3. User Content

You retain your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the app. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing the service.

4. Advertisements & Business Accounts

Muslimity allows business accounts to create and display targeted advertisements. Users acknowledge that the app is ad-supported and that their interactions, demographic data, and stated interests may be used to deliver relevant ads. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
